Delivery & Return

We are here to help and dedicated to provide an exceptional service to you. This includes that we take our time and go through all details of the rangehood you laid your eye on with you.

But in case you change your mind after receiving the Leemac rangehood, we are prepared to take the rangehood back within 14 days after delivery of the product. If you change your mind and want to return the appliance, please note that we only accept the return/exchange once due to a change of mind. This option is not valid for replacement products. 

Take your time selecting the right centrepiece for your home. We are more than happy to provide additional information if needed to make your choice easy and the right one. 

The steps to return/exchange a rangehood are:

1. Make sure that the rangehood is unused.
2. Send it back in original packaging with all accessories and manuals
3. Freight cost for the return will be carried by you.

Letting us know within 14 days after the delivery of the Leemac Rangehood you are entitled to exchange the hood for a similar product or to receive a credit note.

Products sold by one of our partners are excluded from this policy. They are sold subject to the seller's terms and conditions.

Please be aware that all credits and exchanges are subject to the full value of your returned product only, and do not include the cost of installation services.

If we agree to a return of a used product, Leemac Appliances is entitled to charge a return fee if the product:
- Has been heavily used and shows wear and tear
- If packaging, parts, accessories or manual is missing
- If it is damaged during the installation or use
- If it damaged as it was not properly packed in the original packaging by the customer

If a rangehood is deemed faulty, please get back to us for further information under [email protected] to find out whether a return request seems reasonable or our installers can solve the problem easily at your place.

After 14 days we do not accept returns /exchanges for change of mind.
